As many of you may have heard, LGC-PA is sponsoring an Applebee’s Flapjack Fundraiser Breakfast in Sterling next weekend. This is a fun opportunity to get everyone together, nosh on pancakes and sausage, and, perhaps best of all, be waited on by our girls! It’s also a fun, yummy way to earn some funds for our team. The way it works is simple: each person pays $5 for their breakfast, served by our girls between 8 and 10 am, you eat, chat, have a cup of coffee, and then head off for practice! One hundred percent of the proceeds earned go to our gym – Applebee’s makes nothing off of this!

When:
Saturday, March 1 from 8:00-10:00 am Cost: $5 per person, per meal (additional tickets may be purchased for additional meals – tickets will be sold in advance and at the door. Advance sales will help us determine food amounts to have on hand, so please try to purchase early.) Where: Applebee’s in Sterling 45979 Denezin Dr. Sterling, VA 20165 (near Regal Cinemas)

Server info:
Servers will be broken into 2 one hour shifts – Level 5 from 7:45-9:00 (extra time is for training, and level 5 girls are approved to be bit late to Saturday morning practice) and Level 4 from 8:45 -10:00. Diners can show up anytime between 8 and 10 – we have the whole restaurant to ourselves.
What’s included:
Applebee’s will provide each diner with 2 flapjacks, sausage and coffee, water or soda. We will be asking for contributions from parents of juice, milk and fruit – exact needs will be coming soon. Contact me, Kim Finnegan (Kara’s mom) to purchase tickets and to let me know if your daughter would like to help serve and wait tables. I will be at all MWF practices at pick up time, or you can contact me and I’ll make arrangements to collect payments and drop off tickets. My contact info is:
